Will is both a seasoned programmer and entrepreneur. Will got his business license at the age of 17 and has been in the business of web development for over 10 years. He's self-taught, driven and strongly believes in the philosophy of empowering his customers with the tools and knowledge to succeed. He has worked for the federal government as a web application developer and in the private sector. He has worked on and built applications that handle millions of users and has worked for small businesses to establish and develop their presence on the Internet.
Will has been a programmer in PERL, PHP, ASP, Visual Basic, and finally Ruby on Rails. He programs full time when he's not taking care of business, web application architecture or project management duties.
Will has a 2 year old son and a girlfriend whom he lives with in Nashville. He enjoys music, closely follows politics, writes poetry, is an avid fan of any thing sci-fi and loves to spend time with his family.

After nearly a decade of working in "the enterprise", Jason found new joy and freedom in agile web development with Ruby on Rails. During his 12 years in software he has worked on diverse projects for companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has designed and developed elegant solutions for the web, desktop and mobile devices in such industries as VoIP, E-Commerce, Social Networking, National Deployment & Project Management, Facilities Management & Asset Tracking, Sales & CRM Systems, and Enterprise Security.
Jason has often been employed to lead development teams in the creation and expansion of software applications. He enjoys the rewards of mentoring others and excels in the creative aspects of application architecture and design. His communication and interpersonal skills allow him to productively lead technically minded individuals while interacting effectively with customers, managers and business executives.
Jason is married to an amazing women and is the father of four incredible children. He is also a drummer, musician and songwriter. "I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to express my creativity through music and software alike."
