During the Discovery Phase we gather your project requirements and help build out an agile project plan. This may include:

5. Selecting The Right People From Out Team For Your Project

The Discovery Phase of development is for setting up expectations, exploring the needs of your business and developing a plan in preperation for the Development Phase.

During the Development Phase we actually start work on designing what the application will look like and start programming. This may include:

1. Coming Up With Some Design Options For You To Choose From
2. A Series Of Two Week Development Cycles Until Development Is Complete
3. Our Quality Assurance Staff Will Review The Work As Tasks Are Completed
4. Reviewing Our Work With You Every Two Weeks So We Can Adjust The Work As Needed Based On Your Feedback

Our Development Phase is high in communication, transparency and accountability. We use project management software that will allow you to keep up with our progress as much as you would like. We also have a weekly meeting to discuss progress and goals with our development team and discussions with you as are needed. We then bring you in to the process to review our progress every two weeks and adjust as needed. A great website can be made when the client is involved in the process and can see it come to life as it is developed.

During the Delivery Phase we make sure your website is ready to go live to the public. This may include:

1. Reviewing The Completed Work With You
2. Running Tests On The Website To Simulate Real Traffic And Improve Efficiency Where Needed
3. Putting Together The Right Hosting Option And Deploying The Website To It's Permanent Home
4. Running The Website In An Alpha & Beta Version And Bringing In Some People To Test The Website

The Delivery Phase is all about making sure the website is ready to go out to the public. During this phase we hit the website with as many tests as possible and use our Quality Assurance staff to review the website and all of it's functionality. At the end of this Delivery Phase your website should be ready and live for the public.

During the Dominate Phase we review the traffic to your website, do some test marketing and help you plan the domination of your market the best ways we know how. This may include:

1. Reviewing Your Traffic At Different Intervals After It Has Been Available To The Public
2. Taking In Account The Feedback From Your Visitors/Users And Planning Changes/Additions
3. Helping You Do Some Marketing For Your Website And Work On Improving Your Traffic

The Dominate Phase is all about reviewing what the results have been since your website has been up and improving upon the website based on feedback from your visitiors/users. We will include some marketing help for all of our clients to help you get traffic to your website. In our opinion a great website doesn't matter if you aren't getting people going to your website. We will strategize with you on how to improve your stance in your market throughout the life of your website. We want you to Dominate your market.
